RBRE960 reboots automatically
Hi,
I have RBRE960 with one satellite RBSE960. Both are running on firmware V7.2.6.31.
The router, RBRE960 is randomly rebooting. The reboot is very quick, take 2-3 minutes, the LED is blinking white on the router. For sure every device is dropped when this is happening so it is very annoying.
~30 clients are connected to the mesh and the traffic is average, the router is definietly not overloaded. The router is connected to the modem with a CAT6 ethernet cable, the length of the cable is short. Armor is turned off, there is no blocked sites configured. Same SSID is used with 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz and no IOT network enabled. The configuration is simple.
What would be the right way to debug this? Is there any debuglog available which survives the reboot?

Can you post the debug data seen there along with the Show Stats page from the RBR?
Take a screen capture please.
Router IP address/debug.htm
Does the front LED on the RBR turn PINK or WHITE when this happens?
How often does this happen?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
CAT6A STP is recommended between the RBR and ISP modem/ONT.
Is IPv6, SPC, Guest Network or Traffic Meter enabled?
Do you have the separate 6Ghz network enabled or disabled?
How are the RBS ethernet connected? Wireless or wired?
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Please see the debug and connection statistics below.
Answering your questions:
- front led is white when this is happening
- IPv6 is enabled; guest network, spc and traffic meter is not enabled
- there is no dedicate 6Ghz WiFi enabled
- RBS is connected via wireless
- 1 RBS is deployed
- ~3000 sq ft
- the distance is somewhere between 30-50ft
- yes the router is restarting ocassionally even if the RBS is not in use
- channels are used in this way. I tried with auto but the reboot happened with that config too.
- Yes there are some wireless neighboors, it is hard to quantify. I can see 7-8 networks. Checking the wireless channels I have no conflict.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?How is IPv6 configured on the RBR? Auto, Static, 6to4, 6rd?
Are you using auto detected ISP IPv6 DNS or custom IPv6 DNS?
Who is the ISP service your with?
Any progress on this?
