What do you mean by IoT network? The idea of IoT is to connect all devices to your "main wifi".
It tells me the name is already in use, is there a work-around or is this a straight conflict?
What tells you that "the name is already in use"?
Don't start by looking for a "solution" to an imaginary problem. Start by explaining what you are doing and where things go wrong.
Give us a description that would let us repeat the process and reproduce the errors.
I suspect that you are having difficulties with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi. Some IoT stuff is badly designed, which frustrates attempts to set them up. But that is just a guess. So what's the problem?
The RBRE960 is a Mesh router. While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Orbi WiFi 6 (AX) and WiFi 6E (AXE) - NETGEAR Communities
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
