RBR/S 850 backhaul status out of sync and incapable of updating firmware via IP address
Hello, Recently a power out has caused me to examine our wi-fi setup with our Orbi RBR850 router and RBS850 satellites. While fixing a simple disconnection I noticed that the 'backhaul status' for...

If you updated the FW on the RBR and not the RBS, you'll need to downgrade the RBR back to what you had on it before. Then do a full on Factory reset on the RBR AND RBS and attempt to get them to reconnect.
This is recommended factory reset and setup from scratch process that should help:

How can I downgrade the RBR. Is it as simply as 'updating' to an older firmware?
If so, I still don't know which to pick. It won't tell me what firmware version is on the satellites.

So uhh, new development. Apparently I am physically incapable of wanting to downgrade my firmware.
Additionally, I did the factory reset. It didn't appear to help anything. This is the problem I encountered just trying to downgrade to the oldest firmware available.

You can't go back that far. You need to downgrade to v7.2.6.21
RBS first then RBR lastly.
Please use this process outlined in the PDF:

Okay I downgraded to the version you suggested for my router and my problems have not changed. The satellites are still slow/unpredictable when connecting and once connected the backhaul status is out of sync, and I cannot retrieve nor send any information in regards to their firmware.
