RBS 350 won’t connect to RBR 750 router
Satellite will no longer connect to router. If rebooted the system multiple times and factory reset the satellite with no luck. Thoughts before I dump the whole system?
You will probably still need to downgrade the router to the matching satellites firmware, upgrade the satellite, then upgrade the router. Its a stupid setup when the router can't detect the satellites if the firmware isn't matching.

RBK653 is a "Kit" consisting of one RBR750 router and two RBS350 satellites.

Although firmware for the RBR750 was updated in August, 2023, the latest firmware for this "Kit" was v4.6.14.3 until Nov 27 of 2024.
I suspect that the RBR750 router was updated to v7.2.6.21 (or 31) before the satellites were updated, and they are no longer able to communicate with each other. The solution would be to manually return the router to v4.6.14.3, update the satellites, and then finally update the router.
- ScottTNTutorThe one RBS satellite working has a firmware version V4.6.3.16. The router firmware is V7.2.6.31
NG recently updated both RBR750 and RBS350 to support v7 FW:
RBS and RBR should be on same level of FW to work properly.
- ScottTNTutorWorked! Although at to update satellites individually. Then router. Now both satellites work and show devises connected to each. Thank you! Saved me from buying a new system.
If its working solid, I'd make a backup configuration file and I'd disable auto-updates. Might save you in the future so you can manually update in the future if needed. That way you know satellites first, then router.
Glad it worked!
