RBS 850 Satellite Update Problem

Trying to manually update my RBS850 to fw 4.6.7.13. When I go into Administration to start update, it says "Service Unreachable". I'm unable to update the FW on my Satellite.

What's going on here? This has been going on since yesterday morning.

I've tried using Firefox, Safari and Chrome on my Mac.

Any help would be appreciated

  • This FW version is only for manual download currently. No idea if or when it might be seen on the auto update services.

Connect to the RBS web page in a web browser directly. Use the IP address seen on the RBRs connected devices page to access the RBS web page.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

I am only doing the manual update.
running NG CM2050v modem from xFinity. RBR 850 set up as router and one RBS 850 satellite connected wirelessly.

So I go into Orbi login.com or 192.168.1.1 to access my router. I then go to administrative and select manual update. I then check off my RBS 850 to update. Click continue and nothing happens. Window pops up with my satellite IP address, but nothing happens to allow me to add the few file.
When I check online update, router says "no new firmware", Which I understand. It then shows my Satellite and it says "Service Unreachable".

      Both  are currently running v4.6.3.16

You'll need to manually download the FW files first and unpack the .zip files. Then connect to the RBS web page in a web browser directly. Use the IP address seen on the RBRs connected devices page to access the RBS web page. Send the RBS FW file to each RBS first, then update the RBR lastly.
