I have checked the connections as you suggested, but they all seem fine.
The suggestion to check the logs is a good one, didn't realise that there were logs.
So I went to orbilogin.com and checked but nothing unusual there. I'll check again once it happens again.
However I have only one log tab and it seems to be logs just for the router.
Is there a seperate log for the satellite or is it all in one?

Might run thru some of this and see if anything helps:

Might try brining the RBS closer to the RBR. 30 feet is starting.
Also for that size of home, you might reduce the RBS deployed by 1. Or change the power on the RBR from 100% to say 50% with two deployed. Try one RBS first with 100% on the RBR.
