RBS40V syncs to Orbi router just as a random device, not as a satellite,

Question

Hi!I can't get my Orbi Router to recognize an RBS40V as a "satellite", it just syncs as a "connected device", like a computer or phone.&nbsp; I have another RBS40V that IS synced as a "satellite".&nbsp; I have tried many times with the second one, including putting them next to each other and pressing sync buttons in turn, and trying to reset the RBS40V with a paperclip and waiting for the power light to go amber, then trying to sync. [fyi, my router also has an RBS20 satellite synced]Please, how do I tell my router that this is another Orbi satellite?Cheers,John
