RBS750 boot-loop... just blinks white.

My 750 Satellite has gone into what appears to be a boot loop.
My main router is fine.
The RBS stopped connectivity to my TV/Cable boxes 3 days ago.
- i have power cycled it
- i left it off for a few hours
- i hard reset it (10 secs, orange blink)
My RBR still will not 'see' the device. Will not sync voa webpage or app.
The power light on my RBS is green
The blinking white is slower, then faster.. then it starts again.
I assume its a boot-loop.
How can I tell when my RBR auto updated firmware?
Has any heard of firmware bricking routers?
It's currently plugged in to the RBR, and no activity lights on the NIC.
(cos "it's still booting")
Any tips and tricks are greatly appreciated.
The last step will be to hard reset the RBR... but I dont wanna really do that.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What happens if you connect the RBS to the back of the RBR using a ethernet cable?
Does the RBS appear with a IP address on the RBRs web page under Connected Devices?
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
