RBS750 not able to sync with RBS750
Hello all
Until a week ago my setup worked without problems (RBR750 with a RBS750 satellite).
In the meantime I am in the following situation:
RBR750 does not see the satellite anymore. Despite reset of both devices and multiple sync attempts the RBS750 is not shown in the network map or in the Orbi app on the cell phone.
Although the RBS750 does not show up in the "Attached Devices" list either, it apparently has connected to the RBS750 because I can ping the RBS750 and manage it via https://ipadresse - so it must be getting an ip address via WLAN.
The RBS750 creates an ORBI77 network when it is started.
Firmware on both devices meanwhile is RBR750: V4.6.11.1_2.3.6 / RBS750:V4.6.11.1
I tried to connect the RBS750 to the network via LAN - but no "link" is displayed.
In the meantime I configured the RBR750 as access point (instead of router) and also the WLAN.
In the course of troubleshooting, I removed the disconnected satellite in the RBR750's overview - it could never be reconnected.

Are you sure the RBS updated to same version of FW?
What the system auto updated or do you manually update the RBS first then RBR lastly?
Power OFF the RBS, RBR and ISP Modem for 1 minute then back ON with the modem first, RBR next then RBS.
Might try a full on reset and setup from scratch on the RBS then RBR. I would bring the RBS to same room and sync and add them one at a time.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Yes, same FW.
Manualy installed.
Did the poweroff, restart, full resets many times. Same Room.
Downgraded FW of the Satelite, testet again no success.
