RBS750 not connecting to RBR750

Question

Trying to setup new RBK753 with two satellites. managed to connect RBR750 to modem successfully during setup process I was prompted to update firmware to latest version 7.2.6.31 which I did but both satellites are not connecting to router. tried several times but no luck yet. any help would be appreciated.

Were the RBS connected during the setup process or no? If no, then the RBS didn't get updated first which is required, before the RBR does.&nbsp;

Can you ethernet connect the RBS to the back of the RBR and see if they get an IP address from the RBR? If they do, use this IP address to log into each RBS and update them manually to v.31:

RBS was not connected during the setup process. now I've ethernet connected RBS to the back of RBR and got the IP as well but don't know how to login using IP and then updating FW

Use admin and the PW is password, all lower case.&nbsp;
Have the RBS FW file downloaded and unpacked on your PC.&nbsp;

I presume you don't know what prior version of FW that was on the RBR would you? Would need to revert the RBR back to what was loaded on the RBR.&nbsp;

One other thing to try:
What you need to do is factory reset the RBS. Wire connect a PC to the 1st satellite📡. Already have the most current FW version files downloaded on to this PC.&nbsp;
Wire connect 1 PC to the back of the RBS. Factory reset the RBS, wait about 5 minutes. The PC will get a IP address from the satellite📡. The RBS will be 192.168.1.250 for Orbi AC/192.168.10.250 for Orbi AX. Use this IP address in a web browser to log in to the satellites web page. Log in as admin and password. Use the satellites 📡 web page FW update feature to select the FW update file that was unpacked from the .zip file. Then factory reset and then re-sync the satellites 📡 to the RBR.&nbsp;
