RBS750 Oreedoo - Unable to Update Firmware

I am writing to request urgent assistance with updating the firmware on 2 Netgear satellite units (Model: RBS750). I acquired these satellites during my stay in Qatar and while subscribed to Ooredoo. Since moving to my home country and attempting to set them up again, I've encountered numerous issues (Problems with daisy-chaining and wired backhauling, Performance bugs and continuous disconnections and sometimes sudden & repeated disconnections from the router).

I am unable to update their firmware as they appear to be locked by either Ooredoo or you:

Current Firmware Version: V4.6.5.37_0.0.36
Latest Available Netgear Version: V7.2.7.15 (as per your website)

I have already contacted Ooredoo, and they confirmed they cannot provide support to update nor unlock the firmware, explicitly instructing me to reach out to Netgear support for a solution. These devices have served me very well and I believe a simple firmware update is going to address all of these issues.

Could you please advise on how to update their firmware? or if necessary, obtain the tools to override their firmware lock with generic Netgear firmware?

Any resolution to this critical problem would be highly appreciated, your my only support here, I really hope you could help me on this.
