RBS750 Satellite Disconnecting at random times
Hi Guys,
My RBS750 satellite keeps disconnecting and then reconnecting at random times. So when I playing on my PC is see the light of the satellite pulse white and then it shows the blue light again to show the signal is good. For wireless devices it disconnects and then reconnects, for Ethernet connected devices (my gaming pc) I get a massive packet loss spikes. It’s making games unplayable. I would really appreciate some assistance. I have 2 satellites.
Total square footage of the home including land is 2680 square feet. The distance between the router and satellite I would say is 30-35 feet.
All hardware is up to date with V7.2.6.31
I hard reset the satellite but no luck. I haven’t tried resetting the router and satellites together and setting it up in the orbi app again. But hopefully there’s another way before I try this?
I have had this mesh system for about 3 years now and this problem just started. Would appreciate some help.
Kind regards
Sameem

Users have posted having problems with v.31 FW after it's been loaded on a system. We recommend downgrading the RBS first, then RBR lastly to v.21 as this version is most stable to date. You'll need to factory reset the system then setup from scratch:
Soon after be sure to disable the auto update feature on the RBRs web page as to not let v.31 get re-applied.
- SameemAspirantSo would you like my to downgrade it and then reset it?
