RBS750 Satellite Won't Connect

Hey,

 

Have a 2 satellite RBS750 system that one of the satellites stopped working. I've tried pressing the reset

and moving it right next to the base unit but nothing is working.

Any help greatly appreciated!

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?

    Try removing the RBS entries on the RBS web page under Connected devices then reboot the RBR. Factory reset the RBS by pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release. 

     

    Re-sync manually using the sync button on the RBS and RBR while you have the RBS in the same room as the RBR. Sync one at a time.
