RBS750 Solid Blue Light But Not on Map
re-Installing RBS750 satellite after factory reset, I get the solid blue paired light, but the satellite does not show up on the map, in the APP, or as an attached device on the RBR750 admin page.
Firmware Version: V4.6.5.14_2.0.54
Ideas or suggestions ??

I have the same issue. My RBS750 Satellite is brand new. The first day it worked fine. The following day kept showing offline. I tried to reset it but it could not sync with the router. I then deleted it through the web page. Tried reinstalling it and it showed solid blue light for about 2 min but still did not appear on the network map or as an attached device.
Did you find any solution?
- A6EInitiateNo .. I didn’t find a solution .. but out of the blue the satellites showed up on the map .. but not connected .. however they appear to be connected because every device in their sphere is working great with a strong signal ..
Best guess .. it’s a firmware issue not displaying actual performance ..IF this is on the Orbi app, seems that there is a recent issue with this app. Something NG will need to address.
Otherwise, if the RBRs are appearing on the RBRs web page and working, you should be ok.
I recommend if your on v4.6.5x FW, you should review and consider updating to v.4.6.8.5 ON the RBS first then RBR lastly:
