RBS750 will not connect
1. I don't know what group to post in because none of the ones available have a name that reflects the mesh system I have. I don't know that it is a wifi6 router yet. The main router is RBR750. My satellite is RBS750. Neither of these show up on the list of possible sections.
My problem is that nothing I do will get the satellite to connect to the router. I have pressed the reset button on the satellite for 30 seconds, but nothing happens. The light still flashes white. I moved the satellite close to the router and tried to SYNC, but that doesn't work. I deleted the satellite from the app and tried to add it back with no success. I don't see the satellite to add it.

have you tried hardwiring the satellite into the router?
let it set for around 5 minutes while hardwired in and see if it syncs. Check it through the browser and not through the app as well.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Be sure FW is same version as whats loaded on the RBR...
