RBS750 will not do anything

I have the Orbi Wi-Mesh System RBR750 and RBS750. It comes with 2 satellites and only one is currently operational. The other satellite continues to flash white no matter how many times I attempt to do the factory reset.

I suspect that the satellite has firmware that is corrupt. I have connected to Obrilogin.com and was able to manually update the router and the working satellite. Since the non-working satellite is not connected to the router I was not able to do a manual update. After checking some other suggestions I attempted to update my satellite with my laptop by connecting it with an Ethernet connection and attempting to send the update through TFTP but honestly I just barely understand what the hell I am doing.

Anyone have any suggestions?
