RBS850 Missing Connected Device

I just upgraded my RBR50 to RBR850.  The setup was easy but in connected devices, I couldn't see any of the PC that's connected the my Satellite (RBS850).  It only happened to wired PCs only.  The PC...

When I disconnect the Wire and use WIFI to connect to router it showed up in "Connected Devices".

Any one experienced this issue?  (I didn't see this with my RBR50 and the network setup is the same.)

I submitted a ticket and the support team seems to claim that it might be bug in the current firmware.  Since the computer is getting connections and I was able to even do port-forwarding and reserve IP.  It's not blocking me at all.  I was told that I will be notified once this problem is fixed.
