RBS850 Password & Orbilogin Confusions - Could use some help please?
Morning all. Have an RBS850 and 4 sats which work a treat. But I need get web page login to the router to change some 2.4Ghx channel settings .... as advised by component supplier.
Trouble is for reasons unknown, I'm failing the 2 security questions. Answers are 100% correct but must be spelt wrong or suchlike. Have tried variations for hours.
Have tried following the PW change routine (i.e option Cancel) but no page options come up.
Would be a huge help to get the right Orbilogin address and procedure to reset PW. A bit nervous about resetting everything but in reality it's a vanilla setup and I can use same PW again etc. But a step through how that's best done would be great. I have done it but ages back.

Launch an Internet browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to your router’s network.
Type http://www.routerlogin.net or http://www.routerlogin.com.
A login window opens.
Enter the router user name and password.
The user name is admin. The default password is password. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
The BASIC Home screen displays.
Select ADVANCED > Administration > Set Password.
The Set Password screen displays.
Select the Enable Password Recovery check box.
Select two security questions and provide answers to them.
Click the Apply button.
Your changes are saved.If this fails, then you'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch using a web browser:

Apologies for the slow reply from my side to your posts. They are really helpful and I've printed them off to read and work though.
An unexpected bout of illness has meant I'm behind on this sorry but thought I'd best write to say it's not forgotten and will be worked through .... fingers crossed this coming weekend.
