RBS850 power light flashing amber

I've tried everything, satellite doesn't display an led, just flashes amber on the power light.  I've tried factory reset, nothing. Even configured RBR750 it was up and working and couldn't find th...

Thanks. Fully factory reset RBS850, how should it behave on boot?  LED color and behavior, Power light color and behavior?

    Back power LED should be amber for a second or two then turn Solid GREEN. But just watch a timer or stopwatch and time the reset button presses accordingly. Then after the last press and release the power LED should turn GREEN.
