After all that and the unit continues this, you'll need to replace the RBS unit.

Should be able to find some good used units on amazon, ebay or shopgoodwill sometimes.
Thanks - I ordered an ASUS BQ16 Pro mesh setup. I didn't really consider eBay and didn't want to give netgear more money to replace something that crapped out so quickly. I can't say I didn't try to fix it after all that!
