RBS850 Wired Backhaul - Out of Sync Satellite / Chromebook Connection Issues

RBR850 connected to 4 wired RBS850 satellites. One satellite continues showing up as "out of sync" - no devices are able to connect to its wifi, either.

Further, two chromebooks that get heavy use near that satellite experience internet drop outs - the signal is showing as strong or medium strenght, but the Chromebook loses internet connectivity.

Any connection between these two issues?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Are all RBS wired directly to the RBR or is there a LAN switch in between the RBR and RBS? I there is a switch,
What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://https://https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router

Power OFF ALL RBS. Power ON the one problem RBS to see if it correctly syncs.

Try swapping this one RBS with a known working RBS to see if the problem follows.

Thank you so much for the reply. Verizon G1100 Quantum Gateway set to bridge mode. That goes to the RBR850 (router mode), and the RBS850s are wired directly to the RBR.

Nothing new but noticed some real crappy connectivity with the newer Chromebooks (Galaxy 2020) and Acer 713.

3.2.16.6.1.4.4 around the horn for FW.

Try changing the CTS value to 2347 Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

If not, try disabling AX mode. Seen some posts that chromebooks don't like the AX mode.
