Concrete thru two walls will be problematic for any MESH system over wireless. All the concrete and steel will inhibit good wifi signal travel and coverage and performance.
I recommend trying to get the RBS ethernet connected to the RBR. Either direct ethernet cable or try either MOCA or PowerLine adapters in between the RBR and RBS.

Thanks FURRYe38, As mentioned in my original post however, my satellite always connects to the router with a solid blue color, indicating no issues with the connection. I have never had any connection issues with the wireless backhaul itself (satellite disconnecting, etc.) Additionally, the setup works perfectly for about 10 days after a fresh reset with the same positions described.
Even if this was an issue due to distance/ concrete walls, why is the speed dropping to almost exactly half? my speedtests consistently score around 450 Mbps up and down when connected to the satellite. I believe something in my settings may be impacting the satellite performance.

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch and see.
