Re: 1 -2 times per day router goes offline
We are both seeing the same issue and getting the same obscure questions (how far apart are the satellites, etc.). I find it hard to believe that there isn't any form of logging that will simply tell us why the devices are rebooting. This seems like such a miss from Netgear.
Hopefully someone will see these growing posts on a critical topic - hard to Work From Home when connection drops on these (not cheap) devices.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Changes made: v4 FW
Turned off AX for 2.4
CTS set to 2347
Domain Name Server (DNS) Address - Use These DNS Servers
and set all devices to have Reserved IP addresses
