random loss of wifi
Hi everyone, I have one RBR750 and 2 RBS750. I am working from home and my son is playing video games, so none of us like it when wifi suddenly drops and then a few minutes later the satellite blink...

Concerete and steel will be problematic at best for any wireless system.
Lets turn OFF one of the RBS.
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

The RBS are all connected via WiFi to the router. The signal is good and the bandwidth as well. My problem is that the satellites drop the WiFi network (I see they later blink blue showing they are back). Why do they disconnect abruptly like that?

Thank you!
I have now set channel 01 for 2.4GHz and 48 for 5GHz.I had done a factory reset at the beginning of the year, so not since the latest firmware update. Should I?
Besides:
- 20-40 Mhz Coexistence is enabled
- WMM settings is enabled for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz
- Preamble Mode is Automatic for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz
- Transmit Power Control is at 100% for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz
- In the Administration Logs, I find an "[Internet connected] IP address: 192.168.1.21" event everyday, twice a day, systematically at 06:00:16 and 18:00.18. Does it mean it regularly disconnect and reconnect every 12hours?

What brand and model# is the ISP modem or ONT?
The Internet Connected IP address shows that the RBR is connected to a router upstream. Would not be recommended. And if your seeing this twice a day, should only be seen once in the log if the RBR is not being rebooted or power cycled. Means maybe something upsteam is happening which maybe causing issues at the RBS.
This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router.

Lets check this first, then try a factory reset as last resort.

Thank you for your detailed guidance.
My RBR is currently configured as an Access Point, not a route. My ISP modem is the router, and I know that my ISP doesn't all me to change that (I'll ask again, maybe it has evolved...)
Since I've configured the channels differently, I haven't experienced the satellites dropping the wifi again. I'll continue monitoring until the end of the week...
