RBR750/RBS750 Firmware Question
Hi All, Have the RBR750/RBS750 system. The Orbi app does not work on my Android phone, just a white screen. Support stated my firmware is not up to date on my systems, so probably that is why app...

I tried the online update again, but it failed. Therefore I took a conserative approach and late last night upgraded to the last v4.x version. My plan tonight is to install the first v7.x version and when that is done, jump to the lastest version. I'm an old IT guy, so did not want to jump to the latest as there could be prerequisites between last v4 and first v7. I've seen stuff go sideways with jumping upgrades at times. :-)
On the other hand, the Orbi app on my phone now connects to the router, so at least that is working now.
