Re: RGR850 shows empty device and satellite list...
Hi everyone,
I have the same problem, with an empty list of devices and satellites
I followed this thread, factory reset the router...
It solved my problem at the beginning, when there were few devices only, but now I have reconnected all my devices and the router shows again an empty list of devices/satellites (It's true on the web page of the router, but also in the mobile app : It says "impossible to load the devices list. Try again" when I try to reach the page to manage peripherals)
Do you have some suggestions which could help me to solve this problem ?
Few observations :
- The list is correctly shown when I try to fix an IP adress in DHCP lease
- I noticed 1 device whose device name is empty, I don't know why ..
Thanks for your help
Thx FURRYe38 for your help
Here answers to your question :
Firmware : V7.2.6.31_5.0.24
ISP Modem : Freebox Delta (Free) - FYI Orbi is in Router mode and set as the DMZ of the Freebox Delta to avoid double NAT.
After further investigations, I think I've found what was the problem :
The device with no name had in fact this name : or <0x03>
It's an Eve Energy Strip and I d'ont really know why it's set like that
> After renaming this device, my device list is now loaded correctly ! On the web and on mobile App
Hope It could help other users with this kind of strange behavior
Thx for the MAC Address randomizers tips

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
