What devices are you speed testing with?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

You might first save off a backup configuration to file now:

Then do a factory reset.
Setup from scratch and first test to see if wireless speeds are slow for you or not. If they are slow, then downgrade to v.21 and then factory reset and setup from scratch. Test again to be sure. If good, can try applying the backup configuration and check again.

I've tested with MSI and Lenovo laptops, and with an Android phone. Similar results across the board. If I can get a large enough block of time to work through it, I may attempt the firmware downgrade. If I do, I'll report back here.

v.21 is the most stable and recommended version of FW:
