Reconvergence?
I have a 3 node RBR750 network. The router is connected to my ISP router (A), one node is at my server rack (B) and the last node is in my office connecting my pcs (C). I have a ups on the route...

That's correct. My servers are connected to my B node via an ethernet switch connected to the B node

Are you sure the switch was powered during the UPS failure?
Was the office PC connected to C with WiFi? Or are you connected with ethernet?
I think figuring out exactly what is going on would require some experimentation. I am wondering if it is perhaps then inability of the office PC (or the server) to get an IP address during the outage. Another thought is that perhaps the backhaul collapsed when the router when down.
