Remote reboot RBR750

Question

I have an RBR750 and an RBS750&nbsp;At some point this evening, the RBR stopped acting as a wireless AP&nbsp;&nbsp;It still has an IP, and can be pinged - but the web UI returns a code 500 error&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm remote at the moment - is there anything I can do to reboot it without having physical access....?&nbsp;Unsure what triggered this - it has been up and stable for weeks&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;It is working at some level - I can call the speedtest URL:&nbsp;&nbsp;curl -s http://192.168.1.48/ajax/qos_result_check.cgi --data-raw check_bw=check -X POST -H 'Content-Length: 0'+ DATA='98.00 Mbps;981.77 Mbps;2024-12-27 00:01:11'&nbsp;But unaware of a similar URL to reboot - and the web UI is still giving 500&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

If you have Orbi app connected over Anywhere Access, you can use Orbi app to reboot the RBR.&nbsp;
If not, you'll need someone on site to power cycle the RBR OFF for 15 seconds then back ON.&nbsp;

What Firmware version is loaded on the system?&nbsp;
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.&nbsp;

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Ok.&nbsp;I managed to get a power cycle done.&nbsp;The unit came back up, with a new IP address, but is still giving a 500 error.&nbsp;&nbsp;I can't do any more diagnostics until I am back home, likely in a few days. I haven't instigated a firmware update recently, but it is possible one was applied automatically I suppose some time yesterday....?&nbsp;&nbsp;The satellite came up fine, and is running&nbsp;V7.2.6.31The RBR is working in AP mode, not as a router, but that has been the case for months&nbsp;

Trying to figure out exactly what you're trying to do and attempting to do with the remote access

HiThe error comes when attempting to access the web interfaceIt started on the 26th whilst I was away, and has persisted over a power cycle.The symptoms are that no wireless devices can use it as an API can't work out what could have triggered it, though I should have local access later this coming weekend. However, since a power cycle hasn't fixed it it feels like a factory reset may be needed....

Might set your host router to give a IP address reservation for the RBR in AP mode so the IP address doesn't change.&nbsp;
v.31 FW has known problems that users have been posting about since it first appeared. We've been recommending users to revert back to v.21 on the RBS and RBR as it's most stable to date FW.
