remove router from account/app

I have an Orbi system that works just fine. I offered to set up an Orbi system for a friend. Created them an account, life is good. Except, I was logged into that account on the mobile app and somehow MY Orbi is associated with their account on the app. How can I remove this and add it back to my Orbi account in the app?

      I'm sorry for leaving out this detail but I had already removed the product(s) from their profile under My Registered Products so that all looks correct.

        I think you'd need to factory reset your system now then setup from scratching while at your location and then you should be able to register it with your account. Registration only happens when setting up out of the box or first time walking thru the setup wizard. So a factory reset would be needed on the RBR.
