Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
i understand that your would like to factory reset your RBR750 due to upgrading your system to the RBE771. A factory reset can be done without connecting to the internet. As suggested by plemans, simply hold the reset button for about 30 seconds.

You don't have to hook them back up to your network. Simply push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
I'd do it to all of them just to CYA but usually if you reset the router and the satellites were connected, they reset too. But again, it doesn't take much time.
Once its done, simply look at the wifi broadcasting and if it matches the default ssid, it reset correctly.
