Satellite blue but not found on app or orbilogin - new setup

Try ethernet connecting to the RBS to the back of the CBR. If you can do this, see if the RBS get an IP address from the CBR and use this IP address to log into the RBS and get the RBS updated to this version:

I just bought the Oribi router/modem combo and it looks like the router is all setup but I cannot get the satellite to connect for the life of me. Both the App and Orbilogin show the satellite as disconnected. I have tried resyncing and the light on the satellite shows blue, I've moved the satellite into the same room as the router and same thing. I'm trying to check the firmware on both but it only says the router is V4.6.14.4. Since it wont connect or see the satellite I cannot tell what firmware is loaded to compare. Help please!! I am not super technical so I'm not sure what to check.
