Satellite issue on orbi 6
Hi - I have an Orbi 6 RBR850 and two RBS850 satellites.
All working fine for a year or so then had to do a factory reset of the entire system to fix a password issue.
Now one satellite is working fine but any devices connceted to the second satellite won't connect to the internet.
I can see some differences in the app:
The satellite that doesn't work has a green dot but a different icon to the on that works
The hardware version is blank on the one that doesn't work / RBS850 on the working one
The firmware version is blank on the one that doesn't work / v3.2.18.1 on the working one
The reported serial number on the one that doesn't work is the same as the router. The working satellite has a unique serial number
I suspect the factory reset didn't really work (I've tried it twice) or something went wrong as it kept the name I had given it (Kitchen Satellite). The working satellite reverted to Orbi-Satellite after the factory reset.
Is there an even harder factory reset I can try? Or any other ideas?
Does the status on the RBS web page report GOOD or Config Sync or Out of Sync for either RBS?
Id you factory reset the RBS after you manually reloaded FW?
You might try a reset on the RBS. When the Front LED pulsates WHITE, turn them OFF. Go to the RBRs web page and select Remove.Reboot the RBR then power ON the RBS. I would hit the sync button on the RBS then RBR and see if the re-sync will take. When the RBS front LED turns BLUE then OFF, see if the web page is accessible using the RBRs web log in info.
Do you have any special characters in the admin password?

What FW version is loaded ON the RBR?
Can you access the problem RBS using it's IP address seen on the RBRs web page?
See if you can access the RBS web page to get FW status and operation.
There any front LED colors that appear?
Press the reset button for 15 seconds then release when doing a reset.

Thanks for helping out.
So I can get to both the problem RBS and the behaving RBS via the web as far as the login screen. But the web password I set for the RBR (which works on the RBR IP address) don't work for either of them. Neither do the default admin/password.
On the RBR web page both RBS look good/the same.
The front LED of the problem RBS did go blue (solid) as it is supposed to during setup after the factory reset

RBR is on V3.2.18.1 (as are/were both RBS)
Just managed to manually reupload 3.2.18.1 to the problem satellite but no good
