Satellites Connected but No Internet
I have a fully functional router with “good” wired backhaul. Everything shows as “connected” and otherwise perfectly setup. However, when connected via one of the satellites, I cannot get any internet service. Additionally that satellite is coming up with “service unreachable” when checking for firmware updates.
If I reboot the router, the satellite recovers and its service and internet connectivity is restored, for a while, then it drops service again after a random time period.
Why am I having to manually reboot the router to fix this satellite?
Why is the satellite not showing as having connectivity issues in the admin dashboard status?
Interestingly, the other satellite provides good service and can apparently access the internet as it says the is “no new firmware available”, yet strangely it is running v6.3.7.5 and it was previously showing that v6.7.5.10 was available. Looks and feels like some software issues with these satellites?!

How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.
