Satellites RBS850 keep disconnecting from routers and Web console says no new FW avail!!!

The satellites keep disconnecting from the router and this happened since V31.
I have 2 satellites on the upper floor and my router on the lower floor. House is 2700 sq ft and distance between router and satellites is easily more than 30 ft. internet provider is Orange (I leave in France); optical able with 1GB bandwidth up and down
Id manually update the system to newest FW version, RBS first, then RBR lastly.

For that size of home, the RBR and just one RBS should be enough, with two, I'd turn down the power from 100% to 50%.
I did the upgrade as you suggested and also indicted in the documentation. All done and ok for now but I need to wait and see in the longer term.
How do you turn down the power to 50%?
