Set up Orbi RBK353 -Firmware Check error - there was a problem checking firmware update

Question

Have set up and everything has gone as expected except when I reached this stage. It says try again, have done this a couple of times. If I skip, I assume my firmware is not up to date, it should be.

So where to from here?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.&nbsp;

Are you seeing this in the setup wizard or under the RBRs web page for checking if there is new FW available.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
