Set up questions for a new Orbi RBR750 network

I am attempting to set up my router and 3 satellites via the app. I have read the whole owners manual and the questions I have were not able to be answered in the manual and were derived from the app but not stated in the manual. I have 3 what I think are simple questions: 1) As I am setting it up the app indicates that I should avoid, fish tanks, metal shelves, other Wi-Fi devices and microwaves. I have a microwave and other WiFi devices what is the best distance that is safe from these to place router and Satellites? 2) the app also states to place router/satellites at table top height. How important is this? Our former router was placed on top of a 6.5 foot hutch on our first floor would this still be ok? 3) I would like to place my third satellite in my garage. It between my garage and the router I have 80% of a brick wall. Half of which is a brick fireplace. If I am unable to get the satellite to connect is it possible to run Ethernet between router and satellite? Thank you in advance for reviewing my questions and support me.
