Setting up VLANS on Orbi RBRE960
I am trying to set up vlans on my Orbi system. I have a Firewalla device that I have created two VLANS on one with the identification of 1 and the second with the identification of 40. I have also created the two corresponding VLANS on the orbi. I also activated the Orbi IOT wireless network so my devices are on separate SSID. With the process complete I get no separation of the devices to either VLANS on the firewalla and also on the Orbi. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I believe that the orbi cannot be in AP mode to set up the vlans because that functionality is grayed out so it is operating in router mode.

Alas, Orbi routers have no VLAN capability.
The RBRE960 User Manual has an explanation on page 92:

This capability allows traffic from the ISP to bypass the router's Network Address Translation specifically for the purpose of IPTV.
The Orbi WiFi SSIDs are not included in this limited VLAN feature, only the ethernet ports.
