Would be best to set up the Orbi system for AP mode and it's reqired to use the WAN port for the RBR connecting to the main host router:

Not much to manage while in AP mode accept for wifi channels on the RBR unit.
Orbi AX systems have the main WLAN, Guest Network and a separate IoT network. Nothing can be VLANd for wifi on Orbi AX home systems.
RBS connection configuration will be based on placement to each other from the main router unit. Out in a line, that is daisy chain, out in star formation from the router unit, is non daisy chain formation/connection.
