SPC-ACT-FAIL
I have just purchased a parental controls subscription for 12 months, with 60% off this cost me £24.
I am now trying to install the parental controls feature via the app on my Android phone but after the progress bar gets past halfway I just get an error message stating "Smart Parental Controls activation has failed. Please try again later. code SPC-ACT-FAIL.
I have also tried this from the app on my iPad and get the same error.
I can see from searching online lots of people have had this issue, but cannot find a solution. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Something to contact NG support about as they will need to handle this.
