Spectrum Streaming App no longer works with my Orbi Wifi, but works when NOT on Orbi wifi

Yes, that's the modem. That's the one we got after the problem started.
They're not going to help us. They wouldn't even give us credit for the whole time we've been without the service.

Since the Spectrum app works immediately when the devices are off Orbi Wi-Fi, this points more toward an Orbi network/DNS or routing issue than the Roku or phones themselves. I’d try setting the Orbi DNS manually (for example, Cloudflare or Google), rebooting the Orbi and satellites, and testing again. Also check whether IPv6 is actually required—changing it to DHCP may not resolve an app-specific routing problem. If possible, compare the app on the main Orbi router versus a satellite to see whether the behavior changes.
