speedtest not working after adding additional satellite
I purchased a router/satellite combination on 12/31. On 1/5, I purchased an additional satellite to help with coverage upstairs. The satellite appears to be working (the "network map" option on the app shows it with a green dot rather than a red one), but the "internet speed" option no longer works. When I click "Test my speed" I continually get a message that says "Connection Failed." The recommendation under that message is "If the problem persists, try rebooting your router." I've done that 10x now and it doesn't work. I would appreciate any suggestions for making this feature of the app work as it did before I added the satellite. Thanks.

What Firmware version is currently loaded? Be sure FW is same on all units.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Firmware: v3.2.16.22_1.4.9 (according to the app)
I don't know how to check the firmware on the satellites or anywhere else that isn't visible by clicking the "About" tab on the app.
Modem = Netgear CM1000
Home is 3,000 sq. feet
Satellites are both at least 30 feet away from the modem.
I've heard that a factory reset of the router is the way to go if I want to get the speed test to work on the app. Do you agree?
Last time I check, the speed test in orbi app and on RBRs web page worked for me.
If you haven't reset since last update, lets try that on the RBRs web page under Advanced Tab/Administration/Backup with a wired PC and web browser. Then power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds then back ON. Walk thru the setup wizard. No need to add the RBS during this. After you complete the setup wizard, go into the QoS section first and run a speed test there.
