Any progress on this?
Hi, the other day I had to restart it again for the same reason. I didn't do a reset, it's the last thing I want to do, also because the network works very well. But what do you think could it be? I've never activated the Netgear_guest network, in fact it's always disabled on the router. When I see it active, it's without any WPA protection, and when I try to connect, no devices connect, as if it were turned off, and in fact it is turned off on the router. Thanks.
Does the front LED on the RBR turn PINK or blink white when this happens?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.You may need to factory reset and and setup from scratch on the system if this continues. If after that something still happens, you may need to update FW as well since your behind. I was hoping that you wouldn't need to however if after all troubleshooting has been exhausted, you may need to.
