Stuck at no internet connection
I’ve been trying to help my dad set up his Orbi system but I keep getting stuck at the exact same point. The model number, I believe, is RBK652S, but I may well be looking at the wrong thing. On the ...

I believe at this stage in the process it is white. Throughout the beginning the lights did everything the app said they should be doing, blinking when they were supposed to, being the right color, all that. And the light doesn't change color when the app announces that it wasn't able to connect.

It is a combo, cox panoramic to be specific. I saw in other discussions that those can be extra finicky, but didn't see any concrete fixes for that.

We know the router is the rbk652s. But we need to know the modem/gateway that the router connects to. That is key when it comes to these issues.
So check what is providing the Orbi with internet and post the model number for that here.
