Ok, Installed v.31 FW. Power cycled then factory reset the system and setup from scratch.
RBR connected to a CM3000 cable ISP modem. 1Gb WAN Port on CM Modem.
ISP - Sparklight
1Gb/50Mbps ISP Speed plan.
Armor, SPC and Traffic Meter not enabled.
