What brand PC and and brand and model # of Ethernet adapter are you using to speed test with?
I have HP z640 with Intel Built in Ethernet adapter I218-LM.
Yes. Never saw this in my speed testings. Speeds shot up immediately to around 800Mbps and climbed up from there on all 3 tests.
What speeds do you see when you run the onboard speed test on the RBR?
Only thing I can think of is something on the speed test device or between the ISP modem and RBR, is making the RBR slow down when speed testing thru the RBR. Something is bottlenecking the speed.
