Took a firmware update on RBR752 and now cannot access router!
I signed into my Orbi app on my phone and saw an update was available for a remote Orbi network I have at my Winter home. So, I updated. Now, when I try to access the router through the app, I'm told...

No. No big deal. So long as it's working otherwise, I can deal with it when I go down.

Ok. Ya seems like it's in some bad state.
Were seeing issues from others regarding recent v.31 FW.
Once you get there, if a power cycle or Factory Reset doesn't resolve this issue, I'd revert back to v.21 on the system. That seems to be most stable.

Same way you update FW manually:
RBS first, RBR lastly. Factory reset then setup from scratch.

I wasn't sure if it would complain about trying to install an older version. I know some won't allow lower version numbers. Good to know. Thanks!

Yes it may show you information about that. It's ok.
Just don't downgrade to v4. v.21 is good though.
