Unable to add satellites (RBS750) after updating to 4.6.9.11
Yesterday I made the terrible mistake of updating my satellites to the latest firmware.Since then they all stopped working and showing up in the Orbi connected devices. I have since then removed them, and followed several steps suggested in this forum to configure them again but with no luck. The only think I have not done, and I am reluctant to do so as I am not sure it will fix anything, is to reset the modem.
The modem/router CBR750 has the latest firmware.
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

I have one of the satellites next to the modem, when I hard rest it (press pin on back until blinking amber) the satellite reboots and the light goes from blinking white from steady blue. Which I guess is good. But then when I try to sync manually or via the wizard setup never really works 😞

On the satellite I was still able to connect I downgraded the firmware back to V4.6.5.14 and was able to get it to work again.
Any pointers how to downgrade the other satellites, I wouldn't know how to connect over http.
Try ethernet connected to the RBR?
Ya, you can't use that version of FW. Only use what is on NG download page for the CBK750 series system for the RBS that comes with the CBR.
