Unable to update satellites RBS850
I have noticed that my RBR850 and satellites are out of sync. I am unable to even find the original firmware of the products and have tried factory resetting all devices. The satellites connect by remain out of sync and the firmware update for the RBR remains as fully update, but the satellites remain as blank firmware and “service is unreachable”. I can’t even manually update the firmware of the satellites as it will display “Site cannot be reached”. Please help.

What happens if you ethernet connect the RBS to the back of the RBR? Do they then get a IP address from the RBR, and if so, can you log into the RBS using this IP address?
What FW version is on the RBR now? Remember what version had been loaded prior to it being updated?
RBS need to be updated first before the RBR is.
So I have connected the RBS to the RBR using ethernet. On orbilogin, attached devices it says the satellite is now connected via wired, but still out of sync. On the firmware page it still says "service unreachable". I have tried accessing the satellite via IP on safari: "cant open the page because page's address isn't invalid".
Current firmware is V4.6.14.3_2.3.12. I have no clue what the original firmware was before.
What happens if you select the GENERATE button seen on the RBRs web page Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

What you need to do is factory reset the RBS. Wire connect a PC to the 1st satellite📡. Already have the most current FW version files downloaded on to this PC.
Wire connect 1 PC to the back of the RBS. Factory reset the RBS, wait about 5 minutes. The PC will get a IP address from the satellite📡. The RBS will be 192.168.1.250 for Orbi AC/192.168.10.250 for Orbi AX. Use this IP address in a web browser to log in to the satellites web page. Log in as admin and password. Use the satellites 📡 web page FW update feature to select the FW update file that was unpacked from the .zip file. Then factory reset and then re-sync the satellites 📡 to the RBR.
