Unfortunately updated router firmware before satellite firmware, satellite will not connect
I updated the firmware on the router (RBR850) from 3.2.x.x to 7.2.6.31 (some version of 3.2). Now, my satellite (RBS850) will not connect due to a firmware mismatch. I have tried to rollback the firmware, but the router only allows me to rollback to 4.6.3.9. I cannot rollback the router firmware to be consistent with the satellite firmware. Is there a solution, or do I need to do a return and replacement? Is there a way to directly login to the satellite? The manual says that the default IP of the satellite is 192.168.1.250, but this does not work when I connect it directly to my computer.
I was able to fix it by performing a 30-30-30 reset of the satellite. I had changed the SSID in the initial setup of the mesh system, and when I performed the firmware update of the router, the SSID of the router was reset to the default while the satellite still had the renamed SSID. The standard single push of the reset button on the satellite was not resetting the SSID back to the default.

Try 192.168.10.250 with the RBS factory reset and give 5 minutes with a static IP address set on the ethernet connected PC to 192.168.10.49.
If the RBS was on v3 FW, then first try 192.168.1.250 with a ethernet connected PC set to a static IP address of 192.168.1.49.

Be sure that next time, update all RBS FIRST, then the RBR lastly.
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
